Company incorporation steps in Rwanda
- Choosing a company name: Girimba Consultants shall ensure the name is unique and complies with Rwanda regulations and shall reserve the name with the registration office.
- Prepare incorporation documents: We shall draft the Memorandum and Articles of Association and other documents and have the Client append their signatures.
- Submission of documents to the Ministry of trade: Girimba Consultants shall submit the incorporation documents to the Ministry of trade Rwanda .
- Certificate of Incorporation: The Certificate of Incorporation shall be Issued by the Rwanda Trade Registry.
- Trade Licenses and Permits: Our Team shall obtain the requisite industry specific licenses and permits for the company.
- Registration for Social Security: Girimba Consultants shall register the Company with the Rwanda Social Protection System for employee’s contributions and other agencies.
- Registration for Payroll Tax: Our Team will also register the Company with the RwandaTax Administration.
