Company incorporation steps in Algeria
- Name Reservation: Girimba Consulting reserves a unique company name through the Applicants can do this at the Centre National du Commerce (CNRC) or the Commercial Registry. The applicant can propose 4 company names and after the name has been checked and approved, the issuance of the certificate will be on the same day.
- Documents Preparation: Our Team prepares the incorporation documents and emails our Client for signatures and email return with a notary at the Notary Office. Notary fees will be charged based on the amount of capital the company has.
- Certificate of Incorporation: Our Team submits an application for company registration with the Commercial Registry office and obtain a certificate of incorporation;
- Register for Income, Corporate Tax and Vat With the Local Tax Office
