- Availability of global banking institutions and absence of foreign exchange controls that make capital repatriation and general international remittance easy for foreign investors.

- Foreigners are exempted from import duties and sales tax on any plant, machinery, equipment, vehicles or construction materials imported for an investment project.
- Unrestricted foreign ownership of investments and partnerships with Ugandan nationals, except in the lease or ownership of land for crop or animal production.

Company incorporation steps in Uganda:
- Choosing a company name: Girimba Consultants shall ensure the name is unique and complies with Uganda regulations and shall reserve the name with the registration office.
- Prepare incorporation documents: We shall draft the Memorandum and Articles of Association and other documents and have the Client append their signatures.
- Submission of documents to the Ministry of trade: Girimba Consultants shall submit the incorporation documents to the Ministry of trade Uganda .
- Certificate of Incorporation: The Certificate of Incorporation shall be Issued by the Kenyan Trade Registry.
- Trade Licenses and Permits: Our Team shall obtain the requisite industry specific licenses and permits for the company.
- Registration for Social Security: Girimba Consultants shall register the Company with the Ugandan Social Protection System for employee’s contributions and other agencies.
